• Net Worth: $300,000 per unit (5 unit minimum development agreement)
• Liquid Assets: 50% of required net worth in marketable securities (minimum $300,000 in cash or equivalents)
• Franchise Fee: $25,000 per store
• Initial Investment (Item 7 from FDD): $427,000 (inline) to $866,000 (free-standing)
