  • Café 31

    Part ice cream indulgence, dessert theater and test kitchen rolled into one, Café 31, which is currently under test, is the evolution of the ice cream experience at Baskin-Robbins. Customers enjoy traditional ice cream, made-to-order desserts, hot espresso beverages and other products created by in-house pastry chefs.
  • Traditional Store

    The traditional store is an updated, stand-alone concept that typically ranges from 800-1,200 sq. ft. This store features all of Baskin-Robbins' standard equipment and product offerings and can support a drive-thru depending on the real estate selected.
  • BR Express

    Designed as a simplified, quick and convenient option for specialized, non-traditional locations in colleges, airports, arenas, malls, and other co-branding opportunities. The recently released BR Express can operate in space less than 200 sq. ft. This concept is based on a 31 Below soft serve platform and may include novelties and cakes.

From the time we opened our first doors in 1945, Baskin-Robbins has introduced more than 1,000 flavors to the millions of customers who visit us each week. Without fail, we strive to be the market leader in ice cream and frozen desserts. Our Cappuccino Blast was the first national frozen coffee beverage ahead of both our ice cream and coffee competition. We're also the only national ice cream brand to offer both soft serve and hard scooped ice cream. Most recently, we introduced Bright Choices™, a line of better-for-you options including fat-free, dairy-free, no sugar added and light ice creams.
